I have extensive experience defending motoring offences. If there is a defence available then I will find it. If there are no reasonable prospects of defending your case then the best possible mitigation will be prepared and argued. I mostly work in Yorkshire courts, but do travel extensively - particularly to courts in and around London.
I provide a free telephone consultation service to all new clients. In most cases, I do not charge for travel time or additional expenses. Barristers compete very effectively on price as well as quality - through lower overheads and the ability to streamline the litigation process. My fees are affordable - most services are performed on an agreed fixed fee basis.
I will deal with your case from start to finish. You will not have to deal with secretaries or unqualified paralegals. You will not instruct me but get someone else at court.
Your call will be returned the same day. Emails will be answered very quickly. In appropriate cases, there will be an agreed timescale for work to be completed.
Increasing numbers of barristers are qualified to take instructions directly from the public. This is called "direct access" work. Before the opportunity for direct access was introduced, clients could only reach a barrister through a solicitor. There are still some situations in which you will need to instruct a solicitor as well as a barrister, but for the vast majority of cases you may go directly to a barrister for advice and representation.
