I have extensive experience and specialist knowledge of motoring offences. I am regularly instructed by solicitors, corporations and members of the public. Anyone can instruct me directly pursuant to the Public Access scheme. I regularly appear for the defence in Magistrates' Courts and the Crown Court on appeal, or before a judge and jury. I travel extensively to English courts; most often but not limited to Yorkshire and London.
I provide a free telephone consultation service to new clients. My fees are reasonable and affordable. Most services are performed on an agreed fixed fee basis. I do not underake legal aid cases as it does not pay for the high level of preparation work I do on cases. Legal aid will not adequately cover the time that I consider necessary to properly prepare your case.
I will deal with your case from start to finish. You will not instruct me but get someone else at court. Your case will not be prepared by unqualified paralegals. I do all of the work on your case.
Emails will be answered very quickly. Your call will be returned the same day. In appropriate cases, there will be an agreed timescale for work to be done.
The Public Access scheme allows for easy access to independent specialist advice, reduced legal fees, greater control over your case and represents real value for money. There are still some situations in which you will need to instruct a solicitor as well as a barrister, but in most cases you can instruct a barrister without a solicitor.
Please contact me to discuss a specific case, your options or for more information regarding my fixed fee structure.
