Fee policy:
My fees are reasonable and affordable
Most services are performed on an agreed fixed fee basis
My fees are generally less than those charged by “national motoring solicitors”
Fees are payable within 28 days of the date or the invoice or at least 7 days in advance of the court hearing date - whichever is sooner
Fees for written work are payable before the work is sent out
My fees do not include expert witness fees, prosecution costs, court fees, or fines
Professional, licensed access, and/or lay clients may contact me to obtain a quotation for legal services
Instructing solicitors are referred to The Standard Contractual Terms for the Supply of Legal Services by Barristers to Authorised Persons 2012 (Updated for the GDPR in 2018)
