Appeals: Andrew is experienced in appeals against sentence and conviction heard before the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division).
Crown Court cases: Causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by careless driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, perverting the course of justice, appeals against sentence and conviction.
Magistrates’ Court cases: Speeding, exceptional hardship, drink driving, drunk in charge offences, insurance offences, construction and use offences, using a mobile phone whilst driving, failure to give driver information, early return of driving licence following disqualification.
Advisory work: Notices of intended prosecution, Single Justice Procedure Notices, postal requisitions, advice as to plea and procedure, drafting statements of mitigation.
